GO! Express: Next-day delivery by 12:00 PM

All our products are shipped via GO! Express within Germany, ensuring your order arrives safely the next day. We dispatch your order on Wednesdays (delivery on Thursday by 12:00 PM). Select your desired delivery date during the order process – The choice is yours! During transit, fish & caviar are protected by thermally insulated cold packaging and kept optimally cool with cooling pads until arrival. 

Special Features and Surcharges

• No island shipping (incl. Halligen), as express delivery cannot be guaranteed.
• Delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office is not possible!
• In case of unsuccessful delivery to the shipping address, delivery to a neighbor is permitted. 
• If neighbor delivery is also not possible, the delivery person is allowed to leave the package at the house, provided conditions such as dryness and a secure drop-off location are met. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend being present for delivery to ensure a smooth delivery.
• heidefisch GmbH is not liable for package loss within the scope of the delivery authorization.
• The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the consumer.

Please note that you must be at home on the desired delivery day. Otherwise, please provide the desired alternative delivery address (neighbor, company, etc.) during the order process. We assume no liability for incorrectly entered or incomplete delivery addresses!

For our fish shipping, we offer highly secure data transmission using the latest procedures. It is a matter of course for us that we treat your data confidentially and use it exclusively for order processing. 

Shipping Costs

For each order, we charge a minimum of 9.99€ for shipping. Shipping costs include statutory VAT and depend on the weight of your order.

Please select only one shipping day per order. If you order items with different delivery days within your order, the items will be delivered on the earliest possible shipping day.
