Sustainable fish farming from Germany
We raise our salmon trout according to the latest standards, using innovative technologies. The farming therefore takes place in modern recirculating aquaculture systems, which have extremely low water consumption.
In addition, our farm is the first ASC-certified fish farm in Germany and currently the only ASC-certified trout farm.
