Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to 

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality. 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to the delivery of goods, 
- delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded,
- which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery or
- if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

 

Notes
- Please avoid damage and contamination. 
- Please return the goods to us as far as possible in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. 
- If necessary, use protective outer packaging. 
- If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging. 
- Please note that the modalities mentioned in the GTC (paragraph 4) are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
