Our rainbow trout are served fresh. With us, you receive rainbow trout that were swimming in fresh water just a few hours before. You can taste the difference.
Our PREMIUM rainbow trout fillet is hand-filleted on-site at our fish farm. This fillet meets the highest quality standards in terms of color, texture, and taste.
The pin bones are still present in this fillet, as they can only be removed 3-4 days after filleting. By that time, however, the fish will have long since arrived at your home. The firm pin bones contained are therefore a mark of freshness.
If daily sorting allows, we ship the fillet as a whole piece. Alternatively, the selected weight will be supplemented with additional fillets.
